About Me
Rashanda Belin
MSW Intern Therapist
I’m Rashanda, an advanced year Master of Social Work student at the University of Texas at Arlington, and I work with adults, with a focus on women’s mental health, life transitions, and emotional wellness.
I bring a warm, grounded, and real presence into the therapy space. I’m the kind of therapist who will sit with you in the hard moments, and gently challenge you when needed.
You don’t have to show up perfectly here. You just have to show up as you are.
I’m easygoing and relational in my style, and I believe healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. There’s room for honesty, growth, and even moments of lightness along the way.
My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying. Together, we work toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful growth that actually fits your life.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in the understanding that your experiences shape how you think, feel, and show up in the world. I draw from person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care, while integrating tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness when they support your goals.
My faith is an important part of who I am and how I show up. It grounds me, while I always honor your values and your individual journey.
I’m especially passionate about supporting underserved communities and increasing access to quality mental health care. At the core of my work is a simple intention. I want you to feel seen, supported, and able to move forward with clarity, strength, and confidence.
