At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to supporting individuals, particularly Black, Hispanic, and Indigenous people, in navigating life’s challenges with resilience, self-trust, and a renewed sense of identity. As an intern therapist under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Vasquez, LCSW-S of Inspired Practice, LLC, I offer a warm, person-centered approach rooted in empowerment, relational therapy, and trauma-informed care. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and equipped to embrace their inner strength. My faith influences my practice, providing encouragement while respecting each client’s unique journey.
